30-Day Return Window You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unworn

With all original tags and packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at support@evoluxe.in with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is accepted, weโll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
