1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): ₹50 (Free for orders above ₹999)

  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days): ₹99

Note: Delivery time may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.

3. Shipping Coverage
  • We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link to track your shipment.

  • If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at support@evoluxe.in.

5. Delays & Issues

  • While we try our best to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, strikes, or natural calamities may impact delivery timelines.

  • If your order is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email or phone.

6. Delivery Issues & Returned Packages
  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge re-shipping fees.
